The SSSI in collaboration with NERSC organized a side-meeting to the Svalbard Science Conference on November 4. The workshop was attended by more than 30 participants, including SSSI members, and other guests from various institutions and disciplines. We presented our various projects, and discussed synergies and future collaborations both within the SSSI and between SSSI members and partners from other disciplines and institutions. Grete Hovelsrud from the Nordland Research Institute and Eugene Guribye (NORCE) held inspiring keynotes.
The workshop was funded by the Svalbard Science Forum through the Svalbard Strategic Grant.
